Wind 3605 was approached as a high-rise condo transformation where layout, light and everyday functionality needed to work together more effectively. In a vertical Miami residence, every design decision matters: storage, circulation, furniture placement, finishes and visual continuity all influence how comfortable and refined the home feels.
Tailor Home Design focused on giving the apartment a more organized and elevated character without making the space feel heavy. The project combines a cleaner interior direction with selected upgrades, improved material coordination and a stronger sense of visual order. The result is a condo that feels more intentional, more livable and better aligned with modern urban living in Miami.
