Ivan Miragliotta, CEO of Tailor Home Design, brings almost years of experience in home design and renovation. Raised in a family with a strong entrepreneurial background in Sicily, Italy, he developed an early passion for the industry, which has shaped his professional path ever since.
Driven by a deep passion for design and home remodeling, Ivan transforms ideas into thoughtfully crafted spaces. From layout planning to final finishes, he approaches each project with a focus on functionality, aesthetics, and attention to detail. He works closely with clients to understand their vision and ensure that every space reflects their needs, lifestyle, and design goals.
Giulia Barone Cabanera is the Project & Operations Manager at Tailor Home Design, where she oversees project coordination, operations, scheduling, client communication, and workflow management. With a refined eye for detail and a highly structured approach, she plays a key role in ensuring that each project is executed with precision, efficiency, and clear communication throughout every phase.
Born in Italy, Giulia brings a strong European design sensibility to her work, shaped by her degree from IED – European Institute of Design. Her combination of design culture, organization, and operational expertise supports Tailor Home Design’s commitment to delivering a seamless and elevated client experience.
Antonino Merenda is the Site Project Manager at Tailor Home Design. Italian, with over 20 years of experience in the field, he is a key figure in the operational supervision of job sites and the day-to-day management of on-site activities. Throughout his career, he has developed extensive hands-on experience across multiple areas of construction, building a strong understanding of execution processes and the quality standards required to deliver high-level results.
He oversees daily site operations, coordinates crews, and ensures work is completed correctly, on time, and to the expected standards, keeping projects running smoothly. With his strong technical background, Antonino is highly skilled at identifying issues and finding practical solutions. His experience, reliability, and hands-on approach make him a key part of the Tailor Home Design team.
Inna Varyvoda is the Operations Coordinator at Tailor Home Design, supporting the day-to-day organization of internal processes, administrative workflows, vendor communications, and team coordination. She helps keep operations structured and efficient by assisting with scheduling, document management, and coordinating information across ongoing projects.
With a detail-oriented and proactive mindset, Inna holds a master’s degree in architecture and brings a strong background in the arts. Her approach combines technical knowledge with an eye for aesthetics and precision, making her a valuable part of the team.
Leonardo brings a background in finance and business strategy to Tailor Home Design, having earned his Master of Management Studies from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. Prior to joining the firm, he gained experience in real estate and investment operations, developing a strong foundation in client relations, financial analysis, and deal structuring.
A former Division I collegiate athlete, he brings discipline, resilience, and a competitive drive to our team.
