Project Overview
This Flatiron residence was designed with a strong focus on interior design, visual harmony and everyday comfort. The apartment already offered exceptional natural light, floor-to-ceiling windows and panoramic views over Miami, but the interiors needed a more cohesive design direction to fully express the potential of the space.
Tailor Home Design approached the project by creating a calm, elegant and contemporary atmosphere, where each room feels connected to the next through a consistent use of soft neutral tones, refined materials, curated furniture and carefully selected lighting. The goal was not to overdecorate the residence, but to enhance its architecture, proportions and natural brightness through a more intentional interior design concept.
The living and dining area was planned as an open and welcoming environment, combining comfortable seating, sculptural lighting, clean-lined furniture and soft window treatments. The bedrooms follow the same design language, with relaxed textures, understated color accents and furnishings selected to create a private, sophisticated and comfortable retreat.
Throughout the residence, every detail was considered in relation to the view, the light and the way the apartment is experienced throughout the day. From furniture placement to curtains, from lighting fixtures to decorative elements, the final result is a refined high-rise interior that feels bright, balanced and tailored to modern Brickell living.
