This Brickell Heights residence was redesigned to feel lighter, more cohesive and more aligned with the expectations of a luxury Miami condo. Before the renovation, the apartment had functional potential but lacked visual continuity, material refinement and the level of detail needed to make the interiors feel complete.
Tailor Home Design approached the project with a design-led remodeling strategy focused on balance, flow and residential comfort. The intervention brought together interior design direction, refined finish selection, lighting improvement, custom storage solutions and a more intentional relationship between the main living areas. The result is a condo that feels brighter, more organized and better suited for both everyday living and entertaining in the heart of Brickell.
